What's Up Doc?

This rabbit caught my eye because he was sitting up with his front feet on the fence eating grass.  Look close!  (or click to enlarge)  Russ was not amused.

Bambi Alert

We've seen a few fawns since we've been here but not this young.  It was jumping around like a rabbit so hard to get a clear shot when I saw it.  You can see the spots.

Happy 4th of July!

Perfect weather to do anything.  We decided to take a bike ride.  The picture of Cindy shows the tunnel under the street for the trail near our house.  The backdrop behind me are the trees behind our house. 

 

 

 

That's Two Bucks

I was going to let Russ out last night and looked out to see two bucks grazing at the all-you-can-eat rock garden next door.  We see a lot of deer, but to see two bucks that close is pretty cool.  So I had to keep Russ from seeing them while I got some pictures.  Eventually I took Russ out with me and you will see they didn't seem to care much that we were outside.  He needed some encouragement to sit still.
