Decoy at the doctor's office

I was at doctor's office and noticed this coyote decoy outside.  Pretty menacing with the tail and feathers hanging from its mouth.  It belongs to the doctor next door and is there to keep the Canada Geese away.  Apparently the geese scare the children...something about how the parents treat the young.  Not something you see everyday (he said it works)...
